My unique Custom DIY Design service will provide you with every detail you need to achieve the same level of high design that you see in my portfolio. This service is offered both in person and ‘virtually’- though there will be plenty of communication to ensure you get a truly custom design. In fact, you will have the very same personalized service and design process that Full-Service clients receive.
However, the difference is you will have the ability to execute the furniture purchasing, installation, project management and styling on your own. You will have access to a unique client portal where all of the details of your project will be available to you anytime- so you can complete your project on your timeline.
Mood Board will be accompanied by a full presentation of products, swatches, and an itemized Shopping List-just for you!
what you will receive:
A completely personalized, unique room design with furnishings, accessories, paint colors, and more using sources you can access on your schedule.
Access to a personal online project portal where you can log in to view your project, as well as place orders for the majority of the products.
Selections will be high quality and great style— products I may even select for Full Service clients, yet that can be obtained either online or shopped at some favorite local stores.
Option to customize some items such as decorative pillows, art, and window treatments with unique details just for you.
A beautiful mood board so you can see the complete vision for the entire space.
A detailed product list and budget that includes all aspects of the design.
This service has a 1 room minimum. No maximum- we can do your entire home this way, no problem!

Price is for the design fee of one space, and has a 1 room/space minimum. Investment per space generally starts at $25,000 for a complete room. Let’s chat and discuss how I can design your perfect room!

Discovery Call
During this free discovery call, we’ll talk about your project. We might share a few laughs as we get to know each other.
Design Consultation
Following the discovery call, we arrange an approximately 2-hour design consultation where we get into the details. We discuss your dreams for your home, and I help you figure out how to make them happen.
Design Phase
I take all of the information we have discussed and start creating a tailored design just for your home. Everything from your home style to your life style is considered when finding just the right furnishings for you.
This process is the most creative on my end- putting all of the dreams and ideas into a vision for the space.
Design Presentation
The Design Presentation showcases all of the beautiful design and details for your space all at once. This allows you to see the complete new vision for your home.
For Custom DIY Services, the Presentation may be in person or virtually via an online meeting. Whichever suits you best is what we will do!
